Our Legacy, born NYC, but raised by culture.

COCOA ARI was founded in 2019 as a love letter to legacy, culture, and intention. Proudly led by Black women, our jewelry is rooted in the stories of Afro-Futurism, Caribbean roots, and New York City grit.

Every design is inspired by symbolism from West African and Afro-Latino traditions, reimagined as modern heirlooms you can wear every day. Think timeless chains, meaningful amulets, and statement earrings, crafted in small batches with gold, silver, and naturally sourced gemstones.

COCOA ARI carries family at its core. The name honors two of our youngest muses, Caylen (Coco) and Arianna, because every piece is designed with love, legacy, and the next generation in mind.

Handmade in NYC using recycled materials and conflict-free diamonds, our jewelry is intentionally created to be worn, lived in, and passed on. We don’t just make jewelry: we craft keepsakes for your story.

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping, pending item availability and excluding holidays. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking confirmation number.

Orders with multiple items may be filled from several locations and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under this circumstance.

We offer $5 basic flat-rate USPS shipping, $8 Priority Shipping with Insurance and UPS options.

We try our best to expedite for birthdays and special occasions when possible. If you need your package in a rush, please email customer service to see what's possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our standard rate for International Shipping is $35.00 but may vary.

International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Allow up to 10 business days for any custom engraved/personalized item.

Allow 2 to 6 weeks for custom-made-to-order items.

PREORDERED/BACK ORDERED ITEMS

In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for backordered items. We restock within 2-4 weeks.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

COCOA ARI Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

RETURN POLICY

All items are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of our products, worn merchandise cannot be returned. If merchandise is damaged by manufacturer or damaged during transit, please contact us
