RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your COCOA ARI pieces. If you have any questions on sizing or fit, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team before placing your order at info@shopcocoaari.com - we are happy to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn and returned in original condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@shopcocoaari.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once items is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Final Sale

All sale items, ritual goods (including fragrance), custom or limited-drop pieces are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
