How long does order processing take? Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping, pending item availability and excluding holidays. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking confirmation number.
What if my order has multiple items? Orders with multiple items may be filled from several locations and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under this circumstance.
What shipping options do you offer? We offer $5 basic flat-rate USPS shipping, $8 Priority Shipping with Insurance and UPS options.
- What are custom options? Custom options include Engraving and Personalized Jewelry.
- How long does it take for custom engraved/personalized items? Allow up to 10 business days for any custom engraved/personalized item.
- How long does it take for custom-made-to-order items? Allow 2 to 6 weeks for custom-made-to-order items.
- What if an item is on backorder? In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for backordered items. We restock within 2-4 weeks.
- What is the standard rate for international shipping? Our standard rate for International Shipping is $35.00.
- Are international shipments subject to duties and taxes upon delivery? International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient.
- Can I expedite my order for a special occasion? We try our best to expedite for birthdays and special occasions when possible. If you need your package in a rush, please email customer service to see what's possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- What if my package is lost or stolen? COCOA ARI Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Can I return or exchange my order? All items are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of our products, worn merchandise cannot be returned. If merchandise is damaged by manufacturer or damaged during transit, please contact us
