SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipping pending item availability and excluding holidays. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking confirmation number.
NOTE: Orders with multiple items may be filled from several locations and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under this circumstance.
Please choose a shipping method that works best for you. We offer $5 basic flat-rate USPS shipping, $8 Priority Shipping with Insurance and UPS options.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom options include Engraving and Personalized Jewelry. Allow up to 10 business days for any custom engraved/personalized item and 2 to 6 weeks for custom-made-to-order items.
PREORDERED/BACKORDERED ITEMS
In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for backordered items. We restock within 2-4 weeks.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our standard rate for International Shipping is $35.00. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
We try our best to expedite for birthdays and special occasions when possible. If you need your package in a rush, please email customer service to see what's possible.
To expedite your order, please e-mail us at shopcocoaari@gmail.com for prompt order instructions. We accept expedited orders Monday through Friday 9am-2pm EST. Please note: Immediate shipments depend on item availability. Priority Overnight and 2-Day AM rates will be based on your shipping address, shipment weight and packaging. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please be sure to confirm your mailing address before confirming your order. COCOA ARI Jewelry is not responsible for packages mailed to incorrect addresses provided by customers. We will not be able to refund or reship packages that are confirmed delivered.
